THE GRACIE LINEAGE
Coach Kodie teaches under a direct Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lineage that traces back to the founders of the art. That connection matters because it means the techniques, principles, and teaching methods passed down to our students come from a proven tradition.
This lineage is part of what separates a jiu jitsu school from a generic fitness class. You are not just learning moves; you are learning an art with history and standards.
